How long does delivery take?
Every PR Vault garment is made to order.
Production usually takes 3–5 working days, followed by 5–7 working day delivery within the UK.
You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Why is my order made to order?
Rather than producing large amounts of stock, every PR Vault item is created specifically for your order.
This helps reduce waste, maintain quality and ensures every piece is produced with care.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom, with international shipping available to selected countries.
Available shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number and delivery updates.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If production hasn't started, we'll do our best to amend or cancel your order.
Because every item is made to order, changes may not be possible once production has begun.
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
As every garment is made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns due to ordering the wrong size.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and photographs of the issue, and we'll resolve it as quickly as possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards along with the payment methods available at checkout, including Shop Pay and other supported digital wallets.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes.
We offer free UK delivery on orders over £75.
