Every PR Vault piece is made to order rather than pulled off a shelf, so the first few days are your piece being made, not picked.

UK delivery is free

On every order, with no minimum spend.

International delivery

Times and costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Customs charges, import duties and local taxes are set by the destination country and are the customer's responsibility.

Tracking

You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.

If your order is late

If your order hasn't arrived within 8–12 working days, email info@prvaultshop.com with your order number and we'll chase it with our shipping partner. A parcel is our responsibility until it reaches you.
